Sample Collection
Collections Made Simple
Some tests ordered by your doctor and analyzed by LabGenomics will require a sample collected at home. Your provider will provide you with a sample collection kit. The kit contains everything you need to collect, package and ship the sample to the LabGenomics laboratory for testing. Upon completion of our testing, we will report the results to your provider. Instructions for collecting and forwarding samples to LabGenomics are outlined below:
